Drywall/Insulation
Installation of drywall/sheetrock is done with precision. Green board/ white gyp/ pink water proof all are installed with screws never nailed. When applying, wall board should be ½” and ceilings 5/8.” Tape and bedding is done by professionals. Texturing has many different looks from orange peel, catspaw, skip trowel, dragcut and smooth.
Insulation
There are various types of insulation. Traditional Bat insulation is used for most homes. Spray Foam Insulation delivers high efficiency and blocks the heat or cold from being a problem. We use spray foam for attics and exterior walls and Bats for interior walls. This combination delivers efficiency at its best.
